After a defensive mix-up in STILON GORZÓW's zone, Zigmunds Lasmans stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zdzislaw Serwacki came out of the goal and Zigmunds Lasmans tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 21 minutes into the match, SK Annenieki's goal looked a bit too open when Jerzy Tuliszewski came free, but Miķelis Pavārs reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 23 minutes into the game, SK Annenieki's Zigmunds Lasmans nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zdzislaw Serwacki made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. When the match had gone on for 38 minutes, Bartlomiej Gierasik took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Miķelis Pavārs to make any attempt to save it. The supporters of STILON GORZÓW booed when SK Annenieki was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gatis Āboliņš didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Slawomir Jaszcz in the 49th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Miķelis Pavārs saved SK Annenieki from getting behind. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

In the 52nd minute, one of SK Annenieki:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for SK Annenieki. In the 55th minute there was a penalty for STILON GORZÓW. Wojciech Falkiewicz stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Miķelis Pavārs. 2-1. In the 62nd minute, SK Annenieki's Inārs Ozolkalns dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. Balvis Druva hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. When Piotr Kociniewski fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored STILON GORZÓW's protests and gave Piotr Kociniewski a yellow card for diving instead. If Julian Winograd had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. SK Annenieki's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zigmunds Lasmans was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 90 minutes, Nikolajs Vorkals made it 2-3 with a short kick to the right side. STILON GORZÓW's Zdzislaw Serwacki tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot.
