Sotiris Panagiotopoulos started the match with the kick off. Willian Paes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aris Tsobanis having to interfere. After a rather tough play, P.A.O.K. Patras F.C.'s Giorgos Antonopoulos got a free kick in the 13th minute. After 18 minutes, Willian Paes made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. P.A.O.K. Patras F.C.'s Aris Tsobanis tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 24th minute Váldson do Vale shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aris Tsobanis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 36 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Willian Paes sped through P.A.O.K. Patras F.C.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Aris Tsobanis. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Willian Paes in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aris Tsobanis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Rui de Lima had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 42ndth minute of the game Willian Paes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but P.A.O.K. Patras F.C.'s Aris Tsobanis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Aris Tsobanis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Willian Paes in the 47th minute of the match. In the 47th match minute, P.A.O.K. Patras F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vladimiros Siomos to maneuver through the defense. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 75th minute, Aloísio Mangueira reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Aris Tsobanis. The goal made the score 0-5. If Willian Paes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rui de Lima received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Aris Tsobanis came out and tried to block the shot, but Rui de Lima slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 88th minute. If Willian Paes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in P.A.O.K. Patras F.C.'s zone, Willian Paes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aris Tsobanis came out of the goal and Willian Paes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to P.A.O.K. Patras F.C. getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Akis Christatos hit a great ball. S.C. Ferrari's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
