The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ezequiel Boniel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Neville Wal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Neville Wal kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Joaquin Tonio charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Joaquin Tonio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Joaquin Tonio hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Olliver Todman succeeded in the game's 15th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. 19 minutes into the game, Dakota Gaffigan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Ezequiel Boniel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Eustacio Loren hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Olliver Todman received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ezequiel Boniel came out and tried to block the shot, but Olliver Todman slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 26th minute. Herman Heberle recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Neville Wal struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Ezequiel Boniel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Australian Youth Academy. Neville Wal received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ezequiel Boniel came out and tried to block the shot, but Neville Wal slotted it home off the left post making it 4-0 in the 36th minute. Dakota Gaffigan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ezequiel Boniel having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Olliver Todman to strike the kick off in the second half. EL PEPO FC's Ezequiel Boniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ben Minton in the 57th minute of play. Celso Inge received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Dani Cochrane tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jemmett Baba during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Australian Youth Academy's Dugald Berresford was substituted for Ben Minton. EL PEPO FC's Tomás Satordi was substituted for Gaspar Fernendo. Jemmett Baba hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Eustacio Loren hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. 71 minutes into the match, Australian Youth Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Elvio Rainerio came free, but Dani Cochrane reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 72nd minute, Celso Inge hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 79 played minutes EL PEPO FC got a freekick which was hit by Tomás Satordi. Australian Youth Academy's Dakota Gaffigan got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 94 minutes into the match, Olliver Todman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ezequiel Boniel. EL PEPO FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Olliver Todman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0.
