De Gröna FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Joacim Bergström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Domingo Mitxaut breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Braulio Ekialde sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Harry Jonasson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gaspar Cugat's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. Domingo Mitxaut took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Folke Siöman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joacim Bergström in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Domingo Mitxaut saved excursio fc from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in excursio fc's zone, Joacim Bergström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Domingo Mitxaut came out of the goal and Joacim Bergström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After the first half De Gröna FK were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gaspar Cugat to strike the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the game, Lennart Sjöberg threw the ball into play from the sideline. excursio fc's Guillermo Etxeberri quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The supporters of excursio fc booed when De Gröna FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Folke Siöman didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 63rd match minute, De Gröna FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonardo Mellbad to maneuver through the defense. 64 minutes into the match, excursio fc's Ulises Valerio broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Joacim Bergström came free with the goalkeeper in the 68th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Domingo Mitxaut could save by the left post. Leonardo Mellbad hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. A collision led to De Gröna FK getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Arvin Skytt hit a great ball. Joacim Bergström blasted a shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Domingo Mitxaut having to make a save. Harry Jonasson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Braulio Ekialde, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, excursio fc's Domingo Mitxaut got control of the ball when Joacim Bergström tried to sneak it across the goal line. excursio fc's Domingo Mitxaut proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save excursio fc from getting a goal against them. Ulises Valerio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Harry Jonasson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. De Gröna FK's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
