When Rolando Ledesma fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored excursio fc's protests and gave Rolando Ledesma a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to excursio fc getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Rolando Ledesma hit a great ball. Gaspar Cugat kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Domingo Mitxaut made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ipar Monzonis in the 15th minute of play. Domingo Mitxaut stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ipar Monzonis's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. The Club Dep. Soc. Rodo fans' excitement grew in the 19th match minute when Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's Ipar Monzonis looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Blas Bolaños hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. In the 32nd minute, Ipar Monzonis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club Dep. Soc. Rodo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Dionisio Conrao hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ipar Monzonis in the 39th minute of play forced excursio fc's goalkeeper Domingo Mitxaut to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the excursio fc defense, Narciso Anda kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Domingo Mitxaut. The excursio fc fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Domingo Mitxaut should have stopped the shot. A collision led to excursio fc getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Gaspar Cugat hit a great ball. Gaspar Cugat kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gaspar Cugat made a kick off. excursio fc's attentive Jeremias Garaona managed to snatch the ball when Alexandro Clemente made a throw-in in the 51st minute of the game. In the 53rd minute, Ipar Monzonis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ipar Monzonis's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 56thth minute, Domingo Mitxaut skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 58th minute, Olando Marty hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Donatello Barajo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gaspar Cugat went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. After 63 minutes of play, Club Dep. Soc. Rodo's Vidal Ximeno made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Domingo Mitxaut was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ipar Monzonis struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Domingo Mitxaut didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Dep. Soc. Rodo. excursio fc's Domingo Mitxaut played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ipar Monzonis in the 71st minute of play. After a rather tough play, excursio fc's Dionisio Conrao got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Domingo Mitxaut made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ipar Monzonis in the 79th minute. In the 82nd minute Ipar Monzonis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Domingo Mitxaut saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Narciso Anda received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Domingo Mitxaut came out and tried to block the shot, but Narciso Anda slotted it home off the left post making it 1-7 in the 83rd minute. Domingo Mitxaut made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Orkatz Mahabe sent off a good shot on target. excursio fc's Braulio Ekialde managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Blas Bolaños in the 90 minute of the game. Alexandro Clemente made in the 94th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by excursio fc's Braulio Ekialde. After some careless play in the excursio fc defense, Blas Bolaños kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Domingo Mitxaut. The excursio fc fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Domingo Mitxaut should have stopped the shot. When the final whistle sounded Club Dep. Soc. Rodo left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than excursio fc.
