Ivan Ríos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Controller Shott received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Ivan Ríos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB's Artie Mccarthy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcos Villalobos in the 11th minute of play. A hard shot by Jose Henríguez from long distance, 12 minutes into the match, got Artie Mccarthy's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Controller Shott in the 15th minute of play forced Carta Vieja F.C.'s goalkeeper Ivan Ríos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carta Vieja F.C.'s Ivan Ríos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Controller Shott in the 16th minute of play. In the 18th minute Controller Shott shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivan Ríos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ivan Ríos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Controller Shott's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. Ivan Ríos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Controller Shott, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. After a rather tough play, Carta Vieja F.C.'s Reinaldo Herbruger got a free kick in the 26th minute. Rick Kile sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 31 minutes into the match, Controller Shott notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Carta Vieja F.C.'s Ivan Ríos. Ivan Ríos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 34 played minutes Carta Vieja F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Reinaldo Herbruger. The supporters of AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB booed when Carta Vieja F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christian Diaz didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Controller Shott got free with Ivan Ríos in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 94th minute, Rick Kile reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ivan Ríos. The goal made the score 0-3. Controller Shott could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 98th minute of the match, but Ivan Ríos made a huge save. AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
