Marciano Quintyn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacinto Cross, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eliseo Luar had several of the Talcampeón FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 10 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Rutenio Poveda as he didn't even see the shot coming. Rutenio Poveda didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when La Pachorra LSF's Eliseo Luar shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-0 in the ordered_time% minute. After some careless play in the La Pachorra LSF defense, Jacinto Cross kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marciano Quintyn. The La Pachorra LSF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marciano Quintyn should have stopped the shot. In the 25thth minute of the game Eliseo Luar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Talcampeón FC's Rutenio Poveda was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 26th minute Jacinto Cross shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marciano Quintyn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. La Pachorra LSF's Marciano Quintyn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacinto Cross in the 31st minute of play. Julian Gau hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. After having played for 33 minutes, Nestor Barria managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Talcampeón FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nestor Barria was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marciano Quintyn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacinto Cross in the 35th minute of play. Julian Gau's late challenge caught a Talcampeón FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Julian Gau helped the player get up and apologised. Julian Gau kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jacinto Cross to make the kick off. Rutenio Poveda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eliseo Luar, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Jacinto Cross hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacinto Cross in the 55th minute of play forced La Pachorra LSF's goalkeeper Marciano Quintyn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rutenio Poveda stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eliseo Luar's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eliseo Luar in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rutenio Poveda saved Talcampeón FC from getting behind. 66 minutes into the match, La Pachorra LSF's goal looked a bit too open when Nestor Barria came free, but Marciano Quintyn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Talcampeón FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Nestor Barria in the 67th minute. In the 76th minute Eliseo Luar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rutenio Poveda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eliseo Luar in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rutenio Poveda prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 81 minutes into the match, La Pachorra LSF's Christian Clementi broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 84th minute Eliseo Luar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rutenio Poveda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 88 played minutes La Pachorra LSF got a freekick which was hit by Christian Clementi. After 89 played minutes Talcampeón FC got a freekick which was hit by Bonifacio Lavanderos. In the 91st minute, Talcampeón FC's Jacinto Cross ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Marciano Quintyn. Marciano Quintyn yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-2. Jacinto Cross's late challenge caught a La Pachorra LSF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jacinto Cross helped the player get up and apologised. Jacinto Cross hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Talcampeón FC players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
