Los Hijos de Doña Beija's Severino Peli came free and shot a quick shot against goal 8 minutes in the game, fortunately Sten Skark had problems saving as it came toward the left post. The crowd rose to their feet as Los Hijos de Doña Beija's Flavio Urbasa slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Sten Skark. That made the score 1-0 after 16 minutes of play. Nunez Gimenez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sivert Bolin's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. A collision led to Norrlands Athen getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Kent Backman hit a great ball. Joaquin Chumo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Norrlands Athen's Sten Skark proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Norrlands Athen from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Los Hijos de Doña Beija's Iker Cordareo got a free kick in the 39th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Osvaldo Pasqual to make the kick off. Norrlands Athen's Sten Skark played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Severino Peli in the 54th minute of play. Sten Skark came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Los Hijos de Doña Beija's Iker Cordareo. But to his dismay, Iker Cordareo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. After 61 minutes, Rickard Andreasson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Norrlands Athen and the Los Hijos de Doña Beija players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 62nd minute, Rickard Andreasson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Severino Peli in the 63rd minute of play forced Norrlands Athen's goalkeeper Sten Skark to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Per-Oskar Alefors during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 65th minute, Per-Oskar Alefors hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 66 minutes of play, Los Hijos de Doña Beija's Severino Peli made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sten Skark was left in no man's land by his defense there! Iker Cordareo kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Sten Skark took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iker Cordareo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 79 minutes into the match, Norrlands Athen's goal looked a bit too open when Severino Peli came free, but Sten Skark reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Norrlands Athen defense, Iker Cordareo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sten Skark. The Norrlands Athen fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sten Skark should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Norrlands Athen's Per-Oskar Alefors got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Norrlands Athen's Sten Skark played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iker Cordareo in the 86th minute of play. A collision led to Norrlands Athen getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Oskar Björk hit a great ball. In the 92nd minute of the match Park Ferretti sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sten Skark skillfully saved the ball. Sten Skark made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Osvaldo Pasqual in the 93rd minute of play. After 94 minutes of play, Los Hijos de Doña Beija's Iker Cordareo made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sten Skark was left in no man's land by his defense there! There was no doubt that Los Hijos de Doña Beija were the better team. Los Hijos de Doña Beija's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
