Eric Van Hinnendaels hit a great ball. 12 minutes into the match, Freestylers's Carsten-Alexander Wiesmann sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Glenn Roggen narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Christian Heckrath took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ronald Maeijnarts, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Josef Hanschirik kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Willem-Jan Coussement's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Christian Heckrath read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Ronald Maeijnarts managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ulan Bator Football Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Ronald Maeijnarts was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Christian Heckrath breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Josef Hanschirik got his second yellow card in the match during the 20th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 21st minute, Josef Hanschirik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Brandon Kindel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Glenn Roggen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ulan Bator Football Club's Glenn Roggen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Ulan Bator Football Club from getting a goal against them. 33 minutes into the game, Helmut Stecher was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Freestylers's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ulan Bator Football Club the free kick. A collision led to Freestylers getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Freestylers's Christian Heckrath played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Willem-Jan Coussement in the 34th minute of play. 35 minutes into the match, Freestylers's goal looked a bit too open when Dolf De Messemaecker came free, but Christian Heckrath reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 36 minutes into the game, Ronald Maeijnarts was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ulan Bator Football Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Freestylers the free kick. Carsten-Alexander Wiesmann was extremely unlucky when he, in the 39th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Timothy De Raeijmaeker didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 43rd minute, Fabio Amerhauser got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Dolf De Messemaecker made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Ulan Bator Football Club's Ron Van Meensel got a free kick in the 51st minute. After 53 played minutes Freestylers got a freekick which was hit by Henk Blau. Glenn Roggen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carsten-Alexander Wiesmann, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. After 71 played minutes Freestylers got a freekick which was hit by Brandon Kindel. If Dolf De Messemaecker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fabian Divis kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Ulan Bator Football Club's Joonatan Van Hallebeecke got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Freestylers's Christian Heckrath got control of the ball when Dolf De Messemaecker tried to sneak it across the goal line. Carsten-Alexander Wiesmann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Glenn Roggen having to interfere. Carsten-Alexander Wiesmann blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Glenn Roggen having to make a save. Glenn Roggen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brandon Kindel in the 92nd minute of play. Freestylers were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
