Nabucodonosor E.C. FPRMZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Martin Mustikas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Luís Gustavo Hermes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martin Mustikas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 35th minute, Martin Mustikas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Dundee fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. In the 41st minute, Tom Loss hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Nabucodonosor E.C. FPRMZ players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC Dundee were winning 0-4.

51 minutes into the match, Nabucodonosor E.C. FPRMZ's goalkeeper Luís Gustavo Hermes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Martin Mustikas. With an all-out effort, FC Dundee's Luís Gustavo Hermes threw himself towards the right post 57 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Tom Loss, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The supporters of Nabucodonosor E.C. FPRMZ booed when FC Dundee was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tom Loss didn't get a good kick on the ball. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 85th minute Endel Tihumets shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luís Gustavo Hermes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rein Nuiaots during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Nabucodonosor E.C.
