Spectators: 205 (Terracing: 154, Seating: 47, VIP seats: 4) An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerrie Kuijsten in the 10th minute of play forced Mafia Koniaka's goalkeeper Wladyslaw Zapolski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 14 minutes into the game, Mafia Koniaka's Rafal Damaski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Serge Buring made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. In the 16th minute, Ludomir Soszka hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcus Zaagman took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 17th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Wladyslaw Zapolski. Mafia Koniaka's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After having played for 18 minutes, Gerrie Kuijsten managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ágætis Byrjun's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gerrie Kuijsten was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Serge Fleur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 24th match minute, Mafia Koniaka was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jaroslaw Jaszyna to maneuver through the defense. After 25 minutes, Serge Fleur made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Mafia Koniaka's Wladyslaw Zapolski tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 33rdth minute of the game Gerrie Kuijsten who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mafia Koniaka's Wladyslaw Zapolski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gerrie Kuijsten took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wladyslaw Zapolski. Wladyslaw Zapolski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Robin Willemsen kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Rafal Damaski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Ágætis Byrjun's Bertus Wagemakers got a free kick in the 45th minute. After the first half Ágætis Byrjun were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 51st minute Rafal Damaski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Serge Buring saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Maurice Haydon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Mafia Koniaka getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Iwo Nowak hit a great ball. In the 80th minute Andrzej Gierasik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Serge Buring saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Mafia Koniaka booed when Ágætis Byrjun was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bertus Wagemakers didn't get a good kick on the ball. 83 minutes into the match, Jakub Kon notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Ágætis Byrjun's Serge Buring. Serge Buring was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Wladyslaw Zapolski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gerrie Kuijsten in the 89th minute. Andrzej Gierasik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wladyslaw Zapolski made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Gerrie Kuijsten sent off a good shot on target. Ágætis Byrjun's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
