After 4 minutes, Roy Bennet mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Protegéerna and the C.S.D Punta Ballena players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Protegéerna's Roy Bennet got a free kick in the 4th minute. Bartoli Navagos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anders Malmberg in the 7th minute of play. In the 7th match minute, C.S.D Punta Ballena was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Onofre Masas to maneuver through the defense. Roy Bennet kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. After having played for 19 minutes, Kristoffer Kock managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Protegéerna's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kristoffer Kock was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bartoli Navagos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olof Löfkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. 24 minutes into the game, Elivareo Monta recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Holger Johnsson. Elivareo Monta showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Ostadar Ruega's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 27thth minute, Holger Johnsson skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 30th minute Nevada Chapital shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Holger Johnsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Baudelio Valls made in the 33rd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Leo Busvidad immediately put the ball in play. 35 minutes into the match, Protegéerna's goalkeeper Holger Johnsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anton Guilizasti. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anders Malmberg during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 37th minute, Anders Malmberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 44 minutes of play, Protegéerna's Kristoffer Kock made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bartoli Navagos was left in no man's land by his defense there! The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kristoffer Kock to strike the kick off in the second half. C.S.D Punta Ballena made a substitution. Larra Briz replaced Cesario Olivos. Leo Busvidad made in the 61st minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Elivareo Monta however managed to control. Bartoli Navagos made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Kristoffer Kock sent off a good shot on target. In the 67th minute, Kristoffer Kock hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. C.S.D Punta Ballena's Anton Guilizasti got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Protegéerna's Charlie Apelquist was substituted for Alexander Lundström. Ostadar Ruega received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Holger Johnsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anton Guilizasti in the 84th minute of play forced Protegéerna's goalkeeper Holger Johnsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Protegéerna getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Bo-Erik Springfält hit a great ball. Holger Johnsson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Anton Guilizasti went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. The supporters of C.S.D Punta Ballena booed when Protegéerna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Charlie Apelquist didn't get a good kick on the ball. C.S.D Punta Ballena were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Protegéerna for a fine match.
