Naldo Oliveira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sidney Paranaense in the 24th minute of the match. When Cercadinho's Felippe Amaral in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Barrenta SC's goalie prevented a goal. Carlos Fernando Mesquita hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Murilo Mazza stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Valdir Rosa hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. The long shot by Eugênio Rodrigues in the 52nd minute really tested Naldo Oliveira's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. With 54 minutes on the clock, Valdir Rosa commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 54 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Barrenta SC! The referee gave Cercadinho a penalty, 56 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Eugênio Rodrigues, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Barrenta SC's Naldo Oliveira. 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felippe Amaral in the 63rd minute of play forced Barrenta SC's goalkeeper Naldo Oliveira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 75 minutes of play, Barrenta SC's Murilo Mazza made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eurico de Lara was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cercadinho made a substitution. Leopoldo Sergipano replaced Sidney Paranaense. 81 minutes in the game, Felippe Amaral fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Naldo Oliveira having to interfere. If Gerson Porto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leopoldo Sergipano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Naldo Oliveira made a huge save. Leopoldo Sergipano succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-2 in the 91st playminute. The Barrenta SC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Cercadinho were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
