HEJA ESLÖV's Gabriel Grubb played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marco-Antonio Campos in the 14th minute of play. A collision led to Atlético Maravilla getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Marco-Antonio Campos hit a great ball. In the 21st minute Jan-Olof Palm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cloyo Nafría saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, Atlético Maravilla's goal looked a bit too open when Björn Wallgren came free, but Cloyo Nafría reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 25 played minutes Atlético Maravilla got a freekick which was hit by Baldemar Velazquez. In the 33rd minute, Anacleto Quesada hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cloyo Nafría made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonard Lustig in the 35th minute of play. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Algot Abrahamsson was the one to do the kick off. Cloyo Nafría was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Atlético Maravilla players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
