After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Franco Mariano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gladiator FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Franco Mariano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 倪锋坚 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 马兴振 succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-0 in the 44th playminute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Beppe Rivera was the one to do the kick off. For all the effort they put into the match, the Gladiator FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for 『盛世メ名門』随遇而安.
