Spectators: 150 (Terracing: 113, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jonas Pihl started the match with the kick off. Gerardo Romelio came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by AZAT MARD FC's Jonas Pihl. But to his dismay, Jonas Pihl quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Billy Olsson kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Paul Scholes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bernardo Romeo's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. If Bernardo Romeo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 27th match minute, AZAT MARD FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hans Löfgren to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Samuel Delin in the 36th minute of play forced SAN LORENZO FC's goalkeeper Gerardo Romelio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Patrik Siöman's late challenge caught a SAN LORENZO FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Patrik Siöman helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of SAN LORENZO FC booed when AZAT MARD FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patrik Siöman didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 39 minutes, Gaspar Cordarryl managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SAN LORENZO FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gaspar Cordarryl was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, AZAT MARD FC's Patrik Siöman got a free kick in the 40th minute. During the 46th minute of the match Patrik Siöman completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Patrik Siöman a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fabricio Tipi in the 48th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Paul Scholes saved AZAT MARD FC from getting behind. The AZAT MARD FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. SAN LORENZO FC were winning 1-2.

The wind increased when Bernardo Romeo made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 54 minutes, Harry Qvarnström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AZAT MARD FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Harry Qvarnström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonas Pihl in the 56th minute of play forced SAN LORENZO FC's goalkeeper Gerardo Romelio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Harry Qvarnström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gerardo Romelio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonas Pihl, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Paul Scholes managed to avoid a goal in the 65thth minute, when SAN LORENZO FC's Fabricio Tipi fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Evelio Gorbea during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Evelio Gorbea hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. In the 75th match minute, AZAT MARD FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jan-Olof Njurenius to maneuver through the defense. 77 minutes into the game, Harry Qvarnström cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Gerardo Romelio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to AZAT MARD FC getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Harry Qvarnström hit a great ball. When Harry Qvarnström fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored AZAT MARD FC's protests and gave Harry Qvarnström a yellow card for diving instead. In the 92nd minute, Harry Qvarnström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. SAN LORENZO FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
