In the 10th match minute, AFC Richmond was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ali Morse to maneuver through the defense. David Haskins received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Miroslaw Skorny tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dante Grenier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Filip Deput fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tyree Caron having to interfere. After some careless play in the Mattis Magic Team defense, Dante Grenier kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Miroslaw Skorny. The Mattis Magic Team fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Miroslaw Skorny should have stopped the shot. Brett Hull recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 28 minutes into the match, AFC Richmond's Rashad Stern sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Miroslaw Skorny narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 28 minutes, Alexandro Nesta mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mattis Magic Team and the AFC Richmond players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Mattis Magic Team getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Alexandro Nesta hit a great ball. Chadwick Hayes charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Chadwick Hayes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 32nd minute, Chadwick Hayes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rashad Stern took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Miroslaw Skorny. Miroslaw Skorny dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Brett Hull sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 43rd minute, Brett Hull ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Miroslaw Skorny was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. The Mattis Magic Team players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. AFC Richmond were winning 0-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Filip Deput was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Ali Morse hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mattis Magic Team's Stanislaw Falke got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 59th minute Franciszek Fabiszak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tyree Caron saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dante Grenier charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dante Grenier the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Miroslaw Skorny didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when AFC Richmond's Brett Hull shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-4 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 74th minute, Dante Grenier fired away a sharp free kick straight at the goal. It looked like it might be really tough for the goalie to handle, but the shot went into the stands to the left of Miroslaw Skorny. Brett Hull recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 82nd minute, AFC Richmond's Dante Grenier ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Miroslaw Skorny. Miroslaw Skorny yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. With a little luck, Mattis Magic Team's Miroslaw Skorny got control of the ball when Brett Hull tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 90th minute, Brett Hull ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Miroslaw Skorny was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. Brett Hull fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miroslaw Skorny having to interfere. When the match was over AFC Richmond could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Mattis Magic Team throughout the match.
