An unexpectedly hard shot by Mats Gregersson in the 10th minute of play forced Spartans FC's goalkeeper Jorge Philippi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 37th minute, FC Kenglo's Birger Rydelius dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. A collision led to Spartans FC getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Vicente Waddington hit a great ball. Birger Rydelius's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jorge Philippi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. Aaron Bergström came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Spartans FC's Alesandro Mac Millan. But to his dismay, Alesandro Mac Millan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Karl-Oskar Snäll's late challenge caught a Spartans FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Karl-Oskar Snäll helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Spartans FC booed when FC Kenglo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karl-Oskar Snäll didn't get a good kick on the ball. Spartans FC's Francisco Beitia couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 47th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for FC Kenglo. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alesandro Mac Millan made a kick off. Jorge Philippi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henrik Göransson in the 53rd minute of play. Mats Gregersson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alesandro Mac Millan got free with Aaron Bergström in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Aaron Bergström made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Alesandro Mac Millan sent off a good shot on target. Aaron Bergström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vicente Waddington, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Mats Gregersson struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Jorge Philippi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Kenglo. With a little luck, FC Kenglo's Aaron Bergström got control of the ball when Raimundo Marcou tried to sneak it across the goal line. Birger Rydelius fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorge Philippi having to interfere. In the 73rd minute, Raimundo Marcou hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 76 minutes into the match, Spartans FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mats Gregersson came free, but Jorge Philippi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alesandro Mac Millan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Aaron Bergström made a huge save. After 81 minutes, Birger Rydelius made it 3-2 with a short kick to the right side. Spartans FC's Jorge Philippi tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 86 minutes into the match, Raimundo Marcou had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aaron Bergström. FC Kenglo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Raimundo Marcou was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-3. In the 90th minute Alesandro Mac Millan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aaron Bergström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aaron Bergström made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Alesandro Mac Millan sent off a good shot on target. Spartans FC's Jorge Philippi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henrik Göransson in the 96th minute of play.
