In the 21st match minute, Atlético São Sebastião was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcus Pinho to maneuver through the defense. 24 minutes into the game, Valleslona F.C.'s Rafa Nadal nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Thanks to some nice moves Rafa Nadal could shoot a difficult shot in the 56th minute, which João Pedro Donato however easily saved by the left post. With a little luck, Atlético São Sebastião's João Pedro Donato got control of the ball when Rafa Nadal tried to sneak it across the goal line. Diego Loureiro kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. João Pedro Donato made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nico Williams in the 59th minute of play. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Atlético São Sebastião. João Pedro Donato had in the 99thth minute some difficulties stopping Gaston Palanques's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The Valleslona F.C. supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Valleslona F.C. would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
