Pogoń Stawiszyn's supporters rose to their feet, but Piotr Wawrukiewicz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eugene Levine breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Piotr Wawrukiewicz hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Boleslaw Zakrzewski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gale Laliberté, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Boleslaw Zakrzewski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gale Laliberté in the 21st minute. 26 minutes into the match, Pogoń Stawiszyn's goal looked a bit too open when Connie Carpenter came free, but Boleslaw Zakrzewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pogoń Stawiszyn's Boleslaw Zakrzewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gale Laliberté in the 30th minute of play. Franciszek Przebendowski charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Franciszek Przebendowski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 33 played minutes Pogoń Stawiszyn got a freekick which was hit by Franciszek Przebendowski. In the 35th match minute, Pogoń Stawiszyn was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Piotr Wawrukiewicz to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rudy Cherry got free with Boleslaw Zakrzewski in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gale Laliberté scored 2-0 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Boleslaw Zakrzewski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With an all-out effort, Varennes's Boleslaw Zakrzewski threw himself towards the right post 41 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gale Laliberté, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After a rather tough play, Pogoń Stawiszyn's Franciszek Przebendowski got a free kick in the 44th minute. In the 47th match minute, Pogoń Stawiszyn was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roch Limanowski to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gale Laliberté made a kick off. Gale Laliberté recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 55 minutes into the match, Gale Laliberté notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Pogoń Stawiszyn's Boleslaw Zakrzewski. Boleslaw Zakrzewski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cyprian Ziemniak struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Eugene Levine didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pogoń Stawiszyn. In the 61st minute Brenton Carrasco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boleslaw Zakrzewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Pogoń Stawiszyn defense, Rudy Cherry kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Boleslaw Zakrzewski. The Pogoń Stawiszyn fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Boleslaw Zakrzewski should have stopped the shot. Daniel Sedzikowski might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eugene Levine. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Daniel Sedzikowski ran back to his position shaking his head. Kenton Irwin's late challenge caught a Pogoń Stawiszyn's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kenton Irwin helped the player get up and apologised. After 69 played minutes Varennes got a freekick which was hit by Kenton Irwin. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Sedzikowski in the 71st minute of play forced Varennes's goalkeeper Eugene Levine to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 76th minute, Gale Laliberté made a precise shot to the right of Boleslaw Zakrzewski. Pogoń Stawiszyn's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. In the 78th minute, Adolphe Murdock hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Boleslaw Zakrzewski came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Varennes's Rudy Cherry. But to his dismay, Rudy Cherry quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. In the 84th minute, Gale Laliberté ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Boleslaw Zakrzewski was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. If Rudy Cherry had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 88 minutes of play, Varennes's Gale Laliberté made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Boleslaw Zakrzewski was left in no man's land by his defense there! Boleslaw Zakrzewski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gale Laliberté, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 93rd minute, Bogdan Andrzejewski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Waclaw Walczak kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Pogoń Stawiszyn's Boleslaw Zakrzewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rudy Cherry in the 95th minute of play.
