The goalkeeper, Federico Normando, was totally fooled by Szolnoki MÁV's András Herczegh, who 5 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. In the 8th minute, Jeronimo Bertin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bendito Sea El Fernet fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. A collision led to Szolnoki MÁV getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. György Kaszás hit a great ball. In the 17th minute, Jeronimo Bertin made a precise shot to the right of Zakariás Bíró. Szolnoki MÁV's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Angelino Olando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 21 minutes into the game, Jeronimo Bertin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Zakariás Bíró was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Mario Tipi hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jeronimo Bertin in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zakariás Bíró saved Szolnoki MÁV from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeronimo Bertin in the 47th minute of play forced Szolnoki MÁV's goalkeeper Zakariás Bíró to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Jeronimo Bertin scored 1-5 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zakariás Bíró, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Angelino Olando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zakariás Bíró having to interfere. In the 63rd minute, Szolnoki MÁV's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Mario Tipi fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After 66 minutes, István Tótfalusi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Szolnoki MÁV and the Bendito Sea El Fernet players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Szolnoki MÁV getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. István Tótfalusi hit a great ball. In the 68th match minute, Szolnoki MÁV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by György Kaszás to maneuver through the defense. In the 69th minute of the match Wilfredo Igon shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Zakariás Bíró showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 74th minute, Bendito Sea El Fernet's Jeronimo Bertin ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Zakariás Bíró. Zakariás Bíró yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-6. Bendito Sea El Fernet's Jeronimo Bertin was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 81st play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After 86 played minutes Bendito Sea El Fernet got a freekick which was hit by Mario Tipi. Jeronimo Bertin's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 88thth minute, Zakariás Bíró skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. András Galambos kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 93rd minute of the game. One of Szolnoki MÁV:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Bendito Sea El Fernet:s goal. When the final whistle sounded Bendito Sea El Fernet left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Szolnoki MÁV.
