Egil Åkerman made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Dobromir Zecman sent off a good shot on target. The Pork Eating Crusader fans' excitement grew in the 12th match minute when Pork Eating Crusader's Olgierd Malewicki looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 17 minutes, Uno Granberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the North Pole Kickers and the Pork Eating Crusader players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 17th match minute, North Pole Kickers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Uno Granberg to maneuver through the defense. After 19 played minutes Pork Eating Crusader got a freekick which was hit by Roch Sobania. An unexpected shot in the 27th minute by Dobromir Zecman got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Dariusz Modliszewski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Holger Wallengren in the 33rd minute of the match. Pork Eating Crusader's Olgierd Malewicki got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pork Eating Crusader's Dobromir Zecman got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

North Pole Kickers's Olov Bäcklin was substituted for Stefan Gernberg. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Holger Wallengren stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Olgierd Malewicki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Egil Åkerman having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Pork Eating Crusader's Stasio Zbydniowski got a free kick in the 54th minute. The supporters of Pork Eating Crusader booed when North Pole Kickers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Grant Trää didn't get a good kick on the ball. Olgierd Malewicki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Egil Åkerman having to interfere. 62 minutes into the game, Olgierd Malewicki cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Egil Åkerman was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Dariusz Modliszewski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Holger Wallengren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 71 minutes, Holger Wallengren put it in 4-1 from a short distance just to the right of Dariusz Modliszewski. Egil Åkerman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olgierd Malewicki in the 77th minute of play. In the 82nd minute, North Pole Kickers's Olov Bäcklin ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Dariusz Modliszewski. Dariusz Modliszewski yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-2. In the 86th minute, Dobromir Zecman made a precise shot to the right of Egil Åkerman. North Pole Kickers's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-2. Olgierd Malewicki recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 92 minutes into the match, Pork Eating Crusader's goal looked a bit too open when Bo Vester came free, but Dariusz Modliszewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 94th minute Dobromir Zecman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Egil Åkerman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pork Eating Crusader's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
