Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Holger Wallengren started the match with the kick off. 6 minutes into the match, Filiph Jonsson notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of SC Freiburg 09's Óscar Telinhos. Óscar Telinhos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Filiph Jonsson took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Óscar Telinhos. Óscar Telinhos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. The supporters of SC Freiburg 09 booed when North Pole Kickers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Allan Jansson didn't get a good kick on the ball. SC Freiburg 09's Raimundo Linhares got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Grant Trää hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. If Raimundo Linhares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Óscar Telinhos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Holger Wallengren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Miguel Tomé's late challenge caught a North Pole Kickers's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Miguel Tomé helped the player get up and apologised. After 33 played minutes SC Freiburg 09 got a freekick which was hit by Miguel Tomé. In the 40th minute, Karl-Åke Skräddare got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Stefan Gernberg might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Óscar Telinhos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Stefan Gernberg ran back to his position shaking his head. Karl-Åke Skräddare blasted a shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Óscar Telinhos having to make a save. After 45 played minutes SC Freiburg 09 got a freekick which was hit by Miguel Tomé. In the 47th minute, Holger Wallengren fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

North Pole Kickers made a substitution. Bo Vester replaced Karl-Åke Skräddare. The wind increased when Raimundo Linhares made the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute Bo Vester shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Óscar Telinhos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 58thth minute of the game Holger Wallengren who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC Freiburg 09's Óscar Telinhos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Lucílio Palha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Raimundo Linhares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Egil Åkerman having to interfere. Raimundo Linhares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. SC Freiburg 09's Raimundo Linhares got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 68th minute, Grant Trää hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Éder Conde could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Egil Åkerman made a huge save. When the match had gone on for 72 minutes, Holger Wallengren put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Óscar Telinhos. In the 79th minute, Raimundo Linhares reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Egil Åkerman. The goal made the score 3-1. After some careless play in the SC Freiburg 09 defense, Bo Vester kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Óscar Telinhos. The SC Freiburg 09 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Óscar Telinhos should have stopped the shot. 85 minutes into the match, SC Freiburg 09's goal looked a bit too open when Filiph Jonsson came free, but Óscar Telinhos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bo Vester might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Óscar Telinhos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bo Vester ran back to his position shaking his head. Egil Åkerman was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Raimundo Linhares showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-2 in the 88 minute of play. Bo Vester fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Óscar Telinhos having to interfere. In the 97th minute, Holger Wallengren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
