Vinícius de Souza was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Washington Trevisan in the 28th minute of play forced Днепр ФК's goalkeeper Irakliy Khokhlov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marat Shpagin to strike the kick off in the second half. After 51 minutes of play, FC La Masia's Luiz Fábio Custódio made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Irakliy Khokhlov was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 56th minute, Marat Shpagin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vinícius de Souza was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Rudolf Kotlyarevskiy struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Vinícius de Souza didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Днепр ФК. The supporters of Днепр ФК booed when FC La Masia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Washington Trevisan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sergey Bilyaletdinov hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Nikolay Finikov's late challenge caught a FC La Masia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nikolay Finikov helped the player get up and apologised. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 65th minute of the game. One of Днепр ФК:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of FC La Masia:s goal. Leonid Zhdanov hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. In the 82nd minute, Washington Trevisan made a precise shot to the right of Irakliy Khokhlov. Днепр ФК's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-2. After 88 played minutes FC La Masia got a freekick which was hit by Zeca Alcântara. Vinícius de Souza was out of position in the 91 minute of play, and Leonid Zhdanov capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Leonid Zhdanov really showed his touch with that goal: 4-3. FC La Masia's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
