Beltxe Lara shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Vicente Urre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Octavio Grau in the 7th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Paulino Domenech got free with Vicente Urre in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bartolo Estebe kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Vicente Urre made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Paulino Domenech sent off a good shot on target. If Lalo Cifuentes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 21st minute, Lalo Cifuentes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 22nd minute, Beltxe Lara got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, La Candela FC's Vicente Urre got control of the ball when Beltxe Lara tried to sneak it across the goal line. 26 minutes into the game, Victoriano Sazon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. La Candela FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cebollas the free kick. The supporters of Cebollas booed when La Candela FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victoriano Sazon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Octavio Grau was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 31st minute. Cebollas's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Thanks to some nice moves Paulino Domenech could shoot a difficult shot in the 35th minute, which Vicente Urre however easily saved by the left post. After 35 played minutes La Candela FC got a freekick which was hit by Rogelio Montes. Bruno Seguinus's late challenge caught a Cebollas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bruno Seguinus helped the player get up and apologised. Bruno Seguinus hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. When Paulino Domenech came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Cebollas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paulino Domenech couldn't finish the play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Paulino Domenech to strike the kick off in the second half. Lucio Matia kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. In the 51st minute, Octavio Grau left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cebollas fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. After 56 played minutes La Candela FC got a freekick which was hit by Gonzalo Arotza. Vicente Urre stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Paulino Domenech's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. The supporters of La Candela FC booed when Cebollas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alonso Gasso didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 61st match minute, Cebollas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xinto De la Torre to maneuver through the defense. Vicente Urre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Beltxe Lara in the 69th minute of the match. Octavio Grau hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Raul Bazkoare hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Beltxe Lara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vicente Urre having to interfere. Rogelio Montes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Evelio Larra kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. If Paulino Domenech had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 91 played minutes La Candela FC got a freekick which was hit by Bartolo Estebe. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulino Domenech in the 92nd minute of play forced La Candela FC's goalkeeper Vicente Urre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. La Candela FC's Vicente Urre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Beltxe Lara in the 94th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lucio Matia got free with Blas Pareja in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Cebollas fully deserved thier win.
