Spectators: 189 (Terracing: 143, Seating: 43, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gabriel-Alejandro Batistuta started the match with the kick off. Lucas Pavieta made in the 5th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Americo Orchua. Silverio Froylan charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Silverio Froylan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of FERRABARCA FC booed when Belgrano LOS PIRATAS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silverio Froylan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Belgrano LOS PIRATAS's Damián Martínez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Belgrano LOS PIRATAS from getting a goal against them. In the 9th minute Weterio Arozamena shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damián Martínez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When FERRABARCA FC's Aquilino Morillo in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Belgrano LOS PIRATAS's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Belgrano LOS PIRATAS getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Timoteo Bikendi hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Weterio Arozamena kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Damián Martínez. That made the score 1-0 in the 13 minute of play. In the 19thth minute of the game Aquilino Morillo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Belgrano LOS PIRATAS's Damián Martínez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aquilino Morillo in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Damián Martínez saved Belgrano LOS PIRATAS from getting behind. After some careless play in the FERRABARCA FC defense, Gabriel-Alejandro Batistuta kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Elorri Alamon. The FERRABARCA FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Elorri Alamon should have stopped the shot. Belgrano LOS PIRATAS's Telmo Zarra managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Baltasar Urquiza in the 28 minute of the game. When FERRABARCA FC's Antonio Faxardo in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Belgrano LOS PIRATAS's goalie prevented a goal. Telmo Zarra hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Aquilino Morillo scored 2-1 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Damián Martínez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 38 minutes, Alejo Elizardo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Belgrano LOS PIRATAS and the FERRABARCA FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 39 played minutes Belgrano LOS PIRATAS got a freekick which was hit by Alejo Elizardo. If Weterio Arozamena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Damián Martínez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Weterio Arozamena, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aquilino Morillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

FERRABARCA FC's Zemario Pi was substituted for Aquilino Morillo. FERRABARCA FC made a substitution. Rik Lagunas replaced Americo Orchua. Belgrano LOS PIRATAS's Gabriel-Alejandro Batistuta got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alejo Elizardo got free with Elorri Alamon in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Antonio Faxardo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Belgrano LOS PIRATAS's Silverio Froylan got a free kick in the 68th minute. Rayman Baraona might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Damián Martínez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rayman Baraona ran back to his position shaking his head. During the 74th minute of the match Silverio Froylan completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Silverio Froylan a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 75th minute, Silverio Froylan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 76 minutes into the game, Zemario Pi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Damián Martínez was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Belgrano LOS PIRATAS's Telmo Zarra got a free kick in the 79th minute. After 80 played minutes Belgrano LOS PIRATAS got a freekick which was hit by Venancio Cilio. 85 minutes into the match, Belgrano LOS PIRATAS's goal looked a bit too open when Zemario Pi came free, but Damián Martínez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Telmo Zarra kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Damián Martínez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zemario Pi, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. After 90 minutes, Timoteo Bikendi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Belgrano LOS PIRATAS and the FERRABARCA FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 90th minute, Timoteo Bikendi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 91st minute of the match Lucas Pavieta shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Damián Martínez showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 95th minute Zemario Pi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damián Martínez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Damián Martínez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zemario Pi in the 97th minute of play.
