Pedro Augusto Carvalho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Gilberto Paraense tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gilberto Paraense showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedro Augusto Carvalho, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. In the 44th minute, Dedé Camargo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pedro Augusto Carvalho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilberto Paraense having to interfere. 47 minutes into the match, Buritama Sports's goal looked a bit too open when Dinei Arce came free, but Gilberto Paraense reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gilberto Paraense stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dinei Arce's shot from short distance in the 47th minute. When the match had gone on for 47 minutes, Dinei Arce put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Gilberto Paraense. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After a defensive mix-up in BraveHeart Warriors's zone, Pedro Augusto Fontes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tiaguinho Bittencourt came out of the goal and Pedro Augusto Fontes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pedro Augusto Fontes got free with Tiaguinho Bittencourt in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tiaguinho Couto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cauan Breckenfeld during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Buritama Sports booed when BraveHeart Warriors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cauan Breckenfeld didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dedê Britto in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tiaguinho Bittencourt prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cauan Breckenfeld took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gilberto Paraense. Gilberto Paraense dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. André Luiz Penha kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. After 88 played minutes BraveHeart Warriors got a freekick which was hit by Tiaguinho Couto. Pedro Augusto Fontes came free with the goalkeeper in the 93rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Tiaguinho Bittencourt could save by the left post. Buritama Sports's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
