Christiano Cardoso hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. After 3 played minutes Tarrasque Voador F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Eduardo Pinheiro. It was beautiful to see Deportivo Galicia's Weather Bonet in action when he in the 5th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mané Penha during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Mané Penha hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. In the 9th match minute, Deportivo Galicia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Richie Escamilla to maneuver through the defense. In the 11th minute, Weather Bonet made a precise shot to the right of Alexandre Trevisan. Tarrasque Voador F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 16th minute Fonso Treceño shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexandre Trevisan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Deportivo Galicia booed when Tarrasque Voador F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Walter Benjamin didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 18th minute of the match Weather Bonet shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alexandre Trevisan showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 22 played minutes Tarrasque Voador F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Eduardo Pinheiro. In the 23rd minute Weather Bonet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexandre Trevisan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alberto Rosio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dieguinho Alagoano in the 25th minute of the match. 29 minutes into the game, Deportivo Galicia's Fonso Treceño nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alexandre Trevisan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. A collision led to Deportivo Galicia getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Lonzo Villaren hit a great ball. Walter Benjamin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 43rd minute, Fonso Treceño hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 47 played minutes Tarrasque Voador F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Walter Benjamin. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Weather Bonet stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes into the match, Deportivo Galicia's goal looked a bit too open when Dieguinho Alagoano came free, but Alberto Rosio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lopez Arteaga hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Tarrasque Voador F.C.'s Dieguinho Alagoano got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lopez Arteaga's late challenge caught a Tarrasque Voador F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lopez Arteaga helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Galicia's Lopez Arteaga got a free kick in the 59th minute. In the 65th minute, Mané Penha made a precise shot to the right of Alberto Rosio. Deportivo Galicia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. Alexandre Trevisan came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Deportivo Galicia's Fonso Treceño. But to his dismay, Fonso Treceño quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Galicia's Gil Arredondo got a free kick in the 74th minute. Deportivo Galicia's Alberto Rosio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mané Penha in the 77th minute of play. Christiano Cardoso scored 4-3 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alberto Rosio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mané Penha in the 93rd minute of play forced Deportivo Galicia's goalkeeper Alberto Rosio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alberto Rosio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Friedrich Engels, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Tarrasque Voador F.C. fans cheered their team off the field, for while Deportivo Galicia had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
