Spectators: 156 (Terracing: 117, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) Inter Miami CF's Anibal Loiola started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After having played for 3 minutes, Nils-Åke Hamnberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Med Gang FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nils-Åke Hamnberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Durlabha Durling sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With an all-out effort, Inter Miami CF's Sakarias Finnman threw himself towards the right post 6 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Justo Madeo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 9th minute, Teodosio Cordarius ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sakarias Finnman was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Sakarias Finnman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teo Lorencio, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. In the 13th minute, Alvin Berg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alejo Fix scored 2-0 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sakarias Finnman, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 18th minute, Alex Skager hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Justo Madeo took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Sakarias Finnman to make any attempt to save it. Inter Miami CF's Justo Madeo got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eric Lundqvist struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Ulises Benet didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Med Gang FC. In the 30th minute, Inter Miami CF's Teo Lorencio ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Sakarias Finnman. Sakarias Finnman yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. Sakarias Finnman was out of position in the 34 minute of play, and Teo Lorencio capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Teo Lorencio really showed his touch with that goal: 5-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Durlabha Durling in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ulises Benet saved Inter Miami CF from getting behind. A collision led to Inter Miami CF getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Justo Madeo hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Nils-Åke Hamnberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ulises Benet was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. 47 minutes into the match, Justo Madeo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sakarias Finnman. Med Gang FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Justo Madeo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 6-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The crowd rose to their feet as Durlabha Durling kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ulises Benet. That made the score 6-1 in the 53 minute of play. Ulises Benet made an important save on a dangerous shot by Durlabha Durling in the 57th minute. Sakarias Finnman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anibal Loiola in the 60th minute of play. Med Gang FC's Sakarias Finnman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alejo Fix in the 62nd minute of play. Inter Miami CF's Ulises Benet proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Inter Miami CF from getting a goal against them. 68 minutes into the match, Inter Miami CF's goal looked a bit too open when Eric Lundqvist came free, but Ulises Benet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 69th minute, Justo Madeo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sakarias Finnman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anibal Loiola, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Inter Miami CF's Ulises Benet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Durlabha Durling in the 73rd minute of play. Eric Lundqvist received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ulises Benet came out and tried to block the shot, but Eric Lundqvist slotted it home off the left post making it 6-2 in the 78th minute. In the 82nd minute, Anibal Loiola made a precise shot to the right of Sakarias Finnman. Med Gang FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-2. After 87 minutes, Durlabha Durling mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Med Gang FC and the Inter Miami CF players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 87 played minutes Med Gang FC got a freekick which was hit by Durlabha Durling. Anibal Loiola might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sakarias Finnman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Anibal Loiola ran back to his position shaking his head. Sakarias Finnman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alejo Fix, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Inter Miami CF had played much better football throughout.
