In the 2nd minute Benedicto Gombal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Danilo Garcia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ceilândia Futebol Clube's Danilo Garcia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valentin Mergildo in the 6th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jeferson Albuquerque got free with Paulo Raulo in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. David Errapel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Danilo Garcia having to interfere. If Valentin Mergildo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. David Errapel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Danilo Garcia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valentin Mergildo, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Danilo Garcia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Errapel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 30thth minute of the game Apolo Lorencio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ceilândia Futebol Clube's Danilo Garcia was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Apolo Lorencio kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jeferson Albuquerque got free with Paulo Raulo in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Valentin Mergildo struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Danilo Garcia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Plumerillo. The supporters of Plumerillo booed when Ceilândia Futebol Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. José Augusto Cosme didn't get a good kick on the ball. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Apolo Lorencio was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd match minute, Ceilândia Futebol Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cafu de Sousa to maneuver through the defense. David Errapel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 57th minute, David Errapel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Claudinho Falcão fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ceilândia Futebol Clube's protests and gave Claudinho Falcão a yellow card for diving instead. Apolo Lorencio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Danilo Garcia having to interfere. Danilo Garcia made an important save on a dangerous shot by David Errapel in the 68th minute. Valentin Mergildo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Danilo Garcia made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luiz Guilherme Veloso during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 74th minute, José Augusto Cosme hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when David Errapel got free with Danilo Garcia in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 82 minutes of play Ceilândia Futebol Clube's José Augusto Cosme was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 83 played minutes Ceilândia Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by José Augusto Cosme. Teofilo Laurin charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Teofilo Laurin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Plumerillo getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Teofilo Laurin hit a great ball. 92 minutes into the match, Plumerillo's goal looked a bit too open when Jonas Dracena came free, but Paulo Raulo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Apolo Lorencio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Ceilândia Futebol Clube supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Plumerillo's performance. The match ended with a win for Plumerillo.
