After 2 minutes, Melquiades Mikelats mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lunatico F.C and the Ajax Colombiano players grew even worse after the yellow card. Melquiades Mikelats kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. Xzavaier Contera took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 3rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Lucio Lastur. Lunatico F.C's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 4th match minute, Lunatico F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Julio Fagildo to maneuver through the defense. Lucio Lastur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matias Zuñiga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 13th minute, Waldir Castrillon ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lucio Lastur was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Lucio Lastur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Waldir Castrillon, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Ajax Colombiano's Paulin Olmos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Ajax Colombiano from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cayetano Borras in the 19th minute of play forced Lunatico F.C's goalkeeper Lucio Lastur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lucio Lastur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cayetano Borras, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 21st minute of the match Ajax Colombiano got a corner. Lunatico F.C's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Xzavaier Contera ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Xzavaier Contera almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Lunatico F.C's Lucio Lastur did a great save. A collision led to Ajax Colombiano getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Waldir Castrillon hit a great ball. 24 minutes into the match, Matias Urtzi notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Ajax Colombiano's Paulin Olmos. Paulin Olmos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Lucio Lastur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cayetano Borras in the 27th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 29 minutes, Cayetano Borras put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Lucio Lastur. 31 minutes into the match, Cayetano Borras notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Lunatico F.C's Lucio Lastur. Lucio Lastur was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Belmiro Hoyuelos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 35th minute, Julio Fagildo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Matias Zuñiga kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. If Cayetano Borras had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ubaldo Bertin kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Ajax Colombiano's Xzavaier Contera got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After the first half Ajax Colombiano were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cayetano Borras made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Waldir Castrillon had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lucio Lastur. Lunatico F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Waldir Castrillon was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. Ajax Colombiano's Obano Trimiño got his second yellow card of the match in the 55th minute. The referee ordered Obano Trimiño off the ground. The supporters of Lunatico F.C booed when Ajax Colombiano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Obano Trimiño didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 56th minute, Julio Fagildo sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Ajax Colombiano's Paulin Olmos didn't even have to move. The supporters of Lunatico F.C booed when Ajax Colombiano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silbestre Petino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lunatico F.C's defense didn't have a chance, in the 61st minute, when Matias Zuñiga scored to the left of an out of position Lucio Lastur, making the score, 1-5. Matias Zuñiga kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. 75 minutes into the match, Matias Zuñiga had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lucio Lastur. Lunatico F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Matias Zuñiga was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-6. Ajax Colombiano's Matias Zuñiga got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Matias Zuñiga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Ajax Colombiano's Waldir Castrillon slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Lucio Lastur. That made the score 1-7 after 82 minutes of play. Matias Urtzi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Paulin Olmos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Ganix in the 94th minute of play forced Ajax Colombiano's goalkeeper Paulin Olmos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Ajax Colombiano had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
