Iordanis Batsidis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edward Walentowicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pyrgetos FC's Iordanis Batsidis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edward Walentowicz in the 6th minute of play. A collision led to MS Rybnik getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Stasio Oborski hit a great ball. Wachira Waaddegaard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Waclaw Galagan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 14th minute Diogenis Kostiadis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Waclaw Galagan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, MS Rybnik's Janusz Bobrowski got a free kick in the 15th minute. In the 18th match minute, Pyrgetos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lakis Mantzourakis to maneuver through the defense. Miromir Setara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iordanis Batsidis having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Pyrgetos FC's Eutichios Rikkas got a free kick in the 27th minute. Pyrgetos FC's Iordanis Batsidis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tytus Karanewski in the 28th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edward Walentowicz made a kick off. A collision led to Pyrgetos FC getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Charis Chaniotakis hit a great ball. Stasio Oborski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giotis Tsalikis in the 58th minute of play forced MS Rybnik's goalkeeper Waclaw Galagan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 60 minutes into the game, Gwidon Pracki recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Iordanis Batsidis. Gwidon Pracki showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-1. 65 minutes into the game, Lakis Mantzourakis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pyrgetos FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave MS Rybnik the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 64th minute of the game. One of Pyrgetos FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of MS Rybnik:s goal. When the match had been going on for 66 minutes, MS Rybnik's Tytus Karanewski got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Iordanis Batsidis. 68 minutes into the match, Giotis Tsalikis notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of MS Rybnik's Waclaw Galagan. Waclaw Galagan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Gwidon Pracki fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored MS Rybnik's protests and gave Gwidon Pracki a yellow card for diving instead. In the 71st match minute, MS Rybnik was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gwidon Pracki to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 78 minutes, Stasio Bielejewski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MS Rybnik's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stasio Bielejewski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Pyrgetos FC booed when MS Rybnik was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wojciech Ryback didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 83rd minute, Giotis Tsalikis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pyrgetos FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. 86 minutes into the match, Pyrgetos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Edward Walentowicz came free, but Iordanis Batsidis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 86th minute, Charis Chaniotakis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 88 minutes into the game, Eutichios Rikkas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pyrgetos FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave MS Rybnik the free kick. The supporters of MS Rybnik booed when Pyrgetos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eutichios Rikkas didn't get a good kick on the ball. MS Rybnik's supporters stood up full of expectation in the 89th minute of the game, when Stasio Oborski after an extraordinary solo performance found himself with a golden opportunity in front of Pyrgetos FC's goal. Stasio Oborski was unfortunally a little to anxious and the ball went outside the goal. Iordanis Batsidis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gwidon Pracki in the 94th minute of play. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the MS Rybnik players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
