The audience was convinced that Bento Cardoso's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joaquin Cilio was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. Bento Cardoso did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Joaquin Cilio 5 minutes into the match. The supporters of Quilaquina AFC booed when Carrada d´Ansiedade FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eurico Boaventura didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 12 played minutes Quilaquina AFC got a freekick which was hit by Serafin Costante. Mario Federigo kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Hipólito Salgado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. António Vasconcelos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jairo Cordairo in the 16th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alejo Abecia in the 17th minute of play forced Carrada d´Ansiedade FC's goalkeeper António Vasconcelos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bento Cardoso kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. After 20 played minutes Quilaquina AFC got a freekick which was hit by Benicio Blanco. 22 minutes into the game, Gaspar Trindade was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Carrada d´Ansiedade FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Quilaquina AFC the free kick. Viriato Pessoa took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Joaquin Cilio. Joaquin Cilio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Viriato Pessoa in the 31st minute of play forced Quilaquina AFC's goalkeeper Joaquin Cilio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emiliano Stephen's late challenge caught a Carrada d´Ansiedade FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Emiliano Stephen helped the player get up and apologised. Emiliano Stephen hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. After 33 played minutes Quilaquina AFC got a freekick which was hit by Serafin Costante. In the 33rd minute, Hipólito Salgado sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Quilaquina AFC's Joaquin Cilio didn't even have to move. Alejo Abecia charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alejo Abecia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 35th match minute, Quilaquina AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alejo Abecia to maneuver through the defense. Fabrício Saldanha could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Joaquin Cilio made a huge save. Quilaquina AFC's Joaquin Cilio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Quilaquina AFC from getting a goal against them. Quilaquina AFC's Joaquin Cilio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viriato Pessoa in the 45th minute of play. A collision led to Quilaquina AFC getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Alejo Abecia hit a great ball.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alejo Abecia stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. António Vasconcelos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alejo Abecia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joaquin Cilio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bento Cardoso in the 68th minute of the match. 71 minutes into the match, Quilaquina AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Fabrício Saldanha came free, but Joaquin Cilio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joaquin Cilio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bento Cardoso went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hipólito Salgado during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 93 minutes into the match, Viriato Pessoa notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Quilaquina AFC's Joaquin Cilio. Joaquin Cilio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
