After a defensive mix-up in FC Montana's zone, Nicodim Stancu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Osman Tahir came out of the goal and Nicodim Stancu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dino Montana kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. 25 minutes into the match, FC Montana's goal looked a bit too open when Niculae Perșa came free, but Osman Tahir reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pompiliu Comarnescu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Umur Ökten in the 33rd minute. Pompiliu Comarnescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sancar Sair in the 35th minute of the match. If Arda Baybars Sarısaltuk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pompiliu Comarnescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arda Baybars Sarısaltuk, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Victor Răcănel charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. RED BLUE STAR's Pompiliu Comarnescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Umur Ökten in the 83rd minute of play. The supporters of RED BLUE STAR booed when FC Montana was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Şensoy Usun didn't get a good kick on the ball.
