FC Bourgas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nunes FC the free kick. The supporters of Nunes FC booed when FC Bourgas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zlatin Súykov didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel Carvalho in the 15th minute of play forced FC Bourgas's goalkeeper Anani Tzatzov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Radko Stefov was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 28 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Andrézinho de Lima's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Anani Tzatzov was relentless in the 34th minute of the game.
