A collision led to The Power Guido FC getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. André Luiz Pontes hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Gaston Claris's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Márcio Terra was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. When Elvio Olo came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Palermo AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elvio Olo couldn't finish the play. Alberto Vieira kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. When Marcelino Polentzi fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Palermo AFC's protests and gave Marcelino Polentzi a yellow card for diving instead. Marcelino Polentzi hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Domingo Serafo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from André Luiz Pontes in the 67th minute of the match. In the 94th match minute, The Power Guido FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miguel Alcântara to maneuver through the defense. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched The Power Guido FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
