When the match clock showed 5 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Deon Hudson sped through Club Atlético Atlanta's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Aquiles Oihenarte. After 8 minutes, Donato Nalo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Club Atlético Atlanta and the Astreix&ObelixSoccer players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 8th match minute, Club Atlético Atlanta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Donato Nalo to maneuver through the defense. Pedro Rojelio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Pedro Rojelio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Atlético Atlanta's supporters rose to their feet, but Pedro Rojelio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gianluigi Buffone breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pedro Rojelio kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Rojelio in the 16th minute of play forced Astreix&ObelixSoccer's goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Roy Donnelly in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aquiles Oihenarte prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gianluigi Buffone took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Melquiades Salvatore, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pedro Rojelio struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Gianluigi Buffone didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Atlético Atlanta. In the 27th match minute, Club Atlético Atlanta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Severino Huly to maneuver through the defense. 28 minutes into the match, Callum Grayson notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Club Atlético Atlanta's Aquiles Oihenarte. Aquiles Oihenarte was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Vince Leyburn hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Deon Hudson hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Melquiades Salvatore could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Gianluigi Buffone made a huge save. With an all-out effort, Club Atlético Atlanta's Gianluigi Buffone threw himself towards the right post 40 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Pedro Rojelio, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 44 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Atlanta's goal looked a bit too open when Deon Hudson came free, but Aquiles Oihenarte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gianluigi Buffone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Melquiades Salvatore in the 46th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Pedro Rojelio might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gianluigi Buffone. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pedro Rojelio ran back to his position shaking his head. Gianluigi Buffone showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rene Luzea, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. 54 minutes into the match, Astreix&ObelixSoccer's goal looked a bit too open when Melquiades Salvatore came free, but Gianluigi Buffone reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 61st play minute Deon Hudson came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Aquiles Oihenarte. 0-3. Gianluigi Buffone didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pedro Rojelio went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. The crowd rose to their feet as Deon Hudson kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Aquiles Oihenarte. That made the score 1-4 in the 68 minute of play. Gianluigi Buffone showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Melquiades Salvatore in the 74th minute of the match. Gianluigi Buffone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Melquiades Salvatore in the 75th minute of play. During the 76th minute of the match Donato Nalo completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Donato Nalo a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 77 played minutes Club Atlético Atlanta got a freekick which was hit by Donato Nalo. The long shot by Roy Donnelly in the 78th minute really tested Aquiles Oihenarte's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. 82 minutes into the match, Anacleto Admon notched a goal, 2-4, to the right of Astreix&ObelixSoccer's Gianluigi Buffone. Gianluigi Buffone was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Roy Donnelly received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Aquiles Oihenarte came out and tried to block the shot, but Roy Donnelly slotted it home off the left post making it 2-5 in the 92nd minute.
