An unexpectedly hard shot by Henrique Proença in the 19th minute of play forced Champions Iasi's goalkeeper Ovidiu Bojin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 20 minutes into the match, Champions Iasi's goal looked a bit too open when Estevao Gøl came free, but Ovidiu Bojin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luisinho da Mata sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Andrézinho de Alcântara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Toader Apăvăloaie, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When George Vâlcu came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Champions Iasi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that George Vâlcu couldn't finish the play. PRO-BR™ -P.A.B- made a substitution. Ovidiu Bojin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. In the 79thth minute of the game Oscar Amorim who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Champions Iasi's Ovidiu Bojin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
