In the 3rd minute Estevao Gøl shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gianluigi Buffone saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 5 minutes into the match, Astreix&ObelixSoccer's goal looked a bit too open when Henrique Proença came free, but Gianluigi Buffone reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 6th minute, Les Browne hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Oscar Amorim got free with Gianluigi Buffone in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gianluigi Buffone made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Oscar Amorim sent off a good shot on target. In the 18th minute of the match, Henrique Proença tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Gianluigi Buffone saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Deon Hudson in the 19th minute of play forced PRO-BR™ -P.A.B-'s goalkeeper Andrézinho de Alcântara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Roy Donnelly had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. PRO-BR™ -P.A.B-'s Andrézinho de Alcântara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roy Donnelly in the 27th minute of play. Astreix&ObelixSoccer's Gianluigi Buffone proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Astreix&ObelixSoccer from getting a goal against them. After some careless play in the PRO-BR™ -P.A.B- defense, Roy Donnelly kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Andrézinho de Alcântara. The PRO-BR™ -P.A.B- fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Andrézinho de Alcântara should have stopped the shot. Astreix&ObelixSoccer's Gianluigi Buffone proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Astreix&ObelixSoccer from getting a goal against them. If Henrique Proença had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 40 minutes into the game, Oscar Amorim recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gianluigi Buffone. Oscar Amorim showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Astreix&ObelixSoccer's Gianluigi Buffone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Estevao Gøl in the 43rd minute of play. Astreix&ObelixSoccer were furious when Les Browne was red carded, 46 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee gave PRO-BR™ -P.A.B- a penalty, 47 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Severino Alvarenga, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Astreix&ObelixSoccer's Gianluigi Buffone. 2-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Deon Hudson kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Oscar Amorim managed to get in a good position for a shot. PRO-BR™ -P.A.B-'s supporters rose to their feet, but Oscar Amorim was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gianluigi Buffone breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 60 minutes into the game, Henrique Proença cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Gianluigi Buffone was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Estevao Gøl received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Gianluigi Buffone tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 65 minutes into the match, Astreix&ObelixSoccer's goal looked a bit too open when Oscar Amorim came free, but Gianluigi Buffone reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Andrézinho de Alcântara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roy Donnelly in the 69th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Astreix&ObelixSoccer's zone, Luisinho da Mata stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gianluigi Buffone came out of the goal and Luisinho da Mata tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. PRO-BR™ -P.A.B-'s Severino Alvarenga got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gianluigi Buffone took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Severino Alvarenga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 86 minutes into the match, Astreix&ObelixSoccer's goal looked a bit too open when Oscar Amorim came free, but Gianluigi Buffone reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, PRO-BR™ -P.A.B-'s Pedro Augusto Lago got a free kick in the 89th minute. The supporters of Astreix&ObelixSoccer booed when PRO-BR™ -P.A.B- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabian Cannavaro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Astreix&ObelixSoccer's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
