The audience thought a goal was coming when Jacob Worrall got free with Túlio Cerezo in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 16 minutes into the match, Acácio Sanches notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Quinnys Disco Pants's Sly Harrison. Sly Harrison was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 19 played minutes ALTHENTIC F.C got a freekick which was hit by Kiko Brito. When Leopoldo Mineiro fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ALTHENTIC F.C's protests and gave Leopoldo Mineiro a yellow card for diving instead. If Robin Day had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 25 minutes into the game, Rowan Searle was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Quinnys Disco Pants's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ALTHENTIC F.C the free kick. In the 26th minute, Rowan Searle hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sly Harrison didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Acácio Sanches went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. ALTHENTIC F.C's Acácio Sanches got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 32 minutes into the game, Antônio Carlos Secco was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ALTHENTIC F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Quinnys Disco Pants the free kick. After a rather tough play, ALTHENTIC F.C's Antônio Carlos Secco got a free kick in the 32nd minute. When Mike Sinclair came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Quinnys Disco Pants fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mike Sinclair couldn't finish the play. ALTHENTIC F.C's Túlio Cerezo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save ALTHENTIC F.C from getting a goal against them. In the 38th match minute, Quinnys Disco Pants was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rowan Searle to maneuver through the defense. 42 minutes into the match, Quinnys Disco Pants's Mike Sinclair sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Túlio Cerezo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Acácio Sanches to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, ALTHENTIC F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Mike Sinclair came free, but Túlio Cerezo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the ALTHENTIC F.C defense, Louie Corrigan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Túlio Cerezo. The ALTHENTIC F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Túlio Cerezo should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hernani Oliveira got free with Sly Harrison in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hernani Oliveira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Sly Harrison made a huge save. Acácio Sanches might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sly Harrison. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Acácio Sanches ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 85th minute Acácio Sanches shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sly Harrison saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Victor Morse hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. ALTHENTIC F.C's Leopoldo Mineiro couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 88th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Quinnys Disco Pants. ALTHENTIC F.C's Túlio Cerezo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robin Day in the 90th minute of play. A collision led to ALTHENTIC F.C getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Alex Furtado hit a great ball. 93 minutes into the match, Quinnys Disco Pants's goal looked a bit too open when Acácio Sanches came free, but Sly Harrison reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 96th minute Acácio Sanches shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sly Harrison saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. ALTHENTIC F.C walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
