Jorg Coenens kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Mandrake fc's Saul Coira got a free kick in the 11th minute. After 11 played minutes, Lions United's Basiel Caspers shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Apolo Montero came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Lions United reached it. Mitch Hollandts sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Saul Coira blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Izak Capellemans having to make a save. In the 20thth minute of the game Herauso Sarro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lions United's Izak Capellemans was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Saul Coira during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Mandrake fc getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Saul Coira hit a great ball. Apolo Montero was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Basiel Caspers. After a rather tough play, Lions United's Mitch Hollandts got a free kick in the 24th minute. In the 25th match minute, Mandrake fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jago Abasalo to maneuver through the defense. In the 30th minute, Cugat Lara got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 36th minute Cugat Lara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Izak Capellemans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cugat Lara's shot from long distance was a real pearl which went to the right and just passed Izak Capellemans - 0-2 was put on the score board in the 36th minute. Saul Coira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Izak Capellemans tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Cugat Lara came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Mandrake fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cugat Lara couldn't finish the play. In the 47th minute Herauso Sarro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Izak Capellemans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 47 minutes into the game, Herauso Sarro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Izak Capellemans was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The Lions United players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Mandrake fc were winning 0-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mitch Hollandts made a kick off. After 56 minutes of play Mandrake fc's Saul Coira was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 57 played minutes Mandrake fc got a freekick which was hit by Saul Coira. In the 58th minute of the match Basiel Caspers shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Apolo Montero showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 60th match minute, Mandrake fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cugat Lara to maneuver through the defense. In the 61st minute of the match Dany-Adams Gijselinckx shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Apolo Montero showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Lions United's zone, Herauso Sarro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Izak Capellemans came out of the goal and Herauso Sarro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice moves Cugat Lara could shoot a difficult shot in the 71st minute, which Izak Capellemans however easily saved by the left post. 72 minutes had been played when some careless play by Lions United's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Herauso Sarro was slow to take the kick. During this time Mandrake fc's players had a chance to rest. Herauso Sarro made a great header on Mandrake fc's corner, it was just that Lions United's Izak Capellemans managed to reach the ball for a save. Cugat Lara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mitch Hollandts struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Apolo Montero didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lions United.
