After a rather tough play, Mandrake fc's Julio Correa got a free kick in the 3rd minute. The audience was convinced that Aurelio Baladi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Apolo Montero was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. After 6 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Gastres FC! 7 minutes into the match, Herauso Sarro notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Gastres FC's Raul Stanislao. Raul Stanislao was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 15 minutes into the match, Gastres FC's goalkeeper Raul Stanislao had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Herauso Sarro. Gastres FC's Raul Stanislao proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Gastres FC from getting a goal against them. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Xavian Quintero during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 23 minutes into the match, Gastres FC's goalkeeper Raul Stanislao had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cugat Lara. The referee showed Tulio Saura the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Herauso Sarro to make the kick off. A collision led to Mandrake fc getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Millán Revuelta hit a great ball. With a little luck, Mandrake fc's Apolo Montero got control of the ball when Godfredo Oihan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Raul Stanislao took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Herauso Sarro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cugat Lara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raul Stanislao having to interfere. The supporters of Mandrake fc booed when Gastres FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eustacio Nikola didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Herauso Sarro came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Mandrake fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Herauso Sarro couldn't finish the play. After 67 played minutes Mandrake fc got a freekick which was hit by Tulio Saura. In the 72nd minute Herauso Sarro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raul Stanislao saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Herauso Sarro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
