The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some careless play in the Villa Gordiani defense, Borys Gondek kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Emiliano Grossi. The Villa Gordiani fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Emiliano Grossi should have stopped the shot. Emiliano Grossi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Borys Gondek in the 10th minute of the match. Dominik Balonek blasted a shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Emiliano Grossi having to make a save. In the 14th minute Dominik Balonek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emiliano Grossi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 16 minutes of play, FC KLUCZBORK's Borys Gondek made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Emiliano Grossi was left in no man's land by his defense there! Emiliano Grossi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Witomir Biskupiak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emiliano Grossi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Witomir Biskupiak went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. In the 30th minute, Borys Gondek made a precise shot to the right of Emiliano Grossi. Villa Gordiani's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. After 34 minutes of play, FC KLUCZBORK's Witomir Biskupiak made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Emiliano Grossi was left in no man's land by his defense there! Emiliano Grossi came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by FC KLUCZBORK's Damian Malik. But to his dismay, Damian Malik quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. Borys Gondek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emiliano Grossi having to interfere. The supporters of Villa Gordiani booed when FC KLUCZBORK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wladyslaw Loncki didn't get a good kick on the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-6 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Concetto Spinelli to make the kick off. Wladyslaw Loncki received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Emiliano Grossi came out and tried to block the shot, but Wladyslaw Loncki slotted it home off the left post making it 0-7 in the 51st minute. With a little luck, Villa Gordiani's Emiliano Grossi got control of the ball when Dominik Balonek tried to sneak it across the goal line. Concetto Spinelli charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Concetto Spinelli the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 63 played minutes Villa Gordiani got a freekick which was hit by Concetto Spinelli. 70 minutes into the match, Villa Gordiani's goal looked a bit too open when Wladyslaw Loncki came free, but Emiliano Grossi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Borys Gondek took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Emiliano Grossi. Emiliano Grossi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-8.
