Spectators: 143 (Terracing: 108, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Isidro Rojelio kicked off to start the match. Kauan Machado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isidro Rojelio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 3rd match minute, Gremio NG was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vítor Martins to maneuver through the defense. Gremio NG's Kauan Machado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emilio Aureo in the 7th minute of play. In the 10th minute, Sebastião Neto made a precise shot to the right of Adolfo Remigio. Punta Alvear's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. In the 13th minute, Anderson Toscano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gremio NG's Kauan Machado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gonzalo Santxol in the 14th minute of play. In the 18th minute, Gonzalo Santxol got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 21 minutes, Gonzalo Santxol managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Punta Alvear's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gonzalo Santxol was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With an all-out effort, Gremio NG's Adolfo Remigio threw himself towards the right post 23 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Alan Aguiar, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Emilio Aureo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 27 minutes into the game, Gremio NG's Fernando Luz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Adolfo Remigio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. When Punta Alvear's Gonzalo Santxol in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gremio NG's goalie prevented a goal. If Gonzalo Santxol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 39th minute Isidro Rojelio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kauan Machado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adolfo Remigio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fernando Luz in the 45th minute. Isidro Rojelio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Kauan Machado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fernando Luz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Punta Alvear's goal looked a bit too open when Vítor Martins came free, but Adolfo Remigio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 54thth minute of the game Isidro Rojelio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gremio NG's Kauan Machado was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 56th minute, Leon Gurutz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Punta Alvear fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. An unexpected shot in the 60th minute by Gilberto Belasko got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fernando Luz in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adolfo Remigio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 63 minutes into the match, Punta Alvear's goal looked a bit too open when Alan Aguiar came free, but Adolfo Remigio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Gremio NG's Kauan Machado got control of the ball when Gonzalo Santxol tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 68th minute Sebastião Neto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adolfo Remigio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Israel Rubio was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 71 minutes into the match. Adolfo Remigio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alan Aguiar, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gremio NG's goalkeeper Kauan Machado, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The player immediately received a yellow card.
