In the 5th match minute, Działki Leśne Gdynia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Szymon Dresik to maneuver through the defense. La Coruña FC's attentive Adan Erdiano managed to snatch the ball when Gwidon Zacharzewski made a throw-in in the 8th minute of the game. Jakub Kolba's late challenge caught a La Coruña FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jakub Kolba helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Działki Leśne Gdynia's Jakub Kolba got a free kick in the 15th minute. Conrado Atarratze took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Szymon Dresik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, La Coruña FC's Conrado Atarratze got control of the ball when Boguslaw Mnich tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 30th minute Koen Van der Hoeven shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lukasz Dynda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 32 minutes into the game, Jerzy Dranka threw the ball into play from the sideline. La Coruña FC's Siro Eduino quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Koen Van der Hoeven stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Adan Erdiano hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. In the 57th minute Szymon Dresik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Conrado Atarratze saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lukasz Dynda stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Koen Van der Hoeven's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. Conrado Atarratze came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Działki Leśne Gdynia's Szymon Dresik. But to his dismay, Szymon Dresik quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Conrado Atarratze showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Szymon Dresik, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Conrado Atarratze made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Szymon Dresik in the 69th minute of play. In the 73rd minute Jakub Kolba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Conrado Atarratze saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Boguslaw Mnich had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Conrado Atarratze showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jakub Kolba, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Działki Leśne Gdynia's Jakub Kolba got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ricardo Txema kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Izydor Olender sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With 87 minutes on the clock, Ricardo Txema commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 87 minutes into the game, one of La Coruña FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Conrado Atarratze showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Szymon Dresik in the 98th minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the Działki Leśne Gdynia players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
