Hamit Şenaltan's late challenge caught a La Coruña FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hamit Şenaltan helped the player get up and apologised. Hamit Şenaltan hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Conrado Atarratze showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yakup Kadri Canel, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. When the match clock showed 26 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Koen Van der Hoeven sped through BAŞBUĞ's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Saip Tecmil. Conrado Atarratze was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Yakup Kadri Canel showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 29 minute of play. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Conrado Atarratze took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arif Buğra Yalkın, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Conrado Atarratze showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hamit Şenaltan in the 81st minute of the match. La Coruña FC's Conrado Atarratze played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yakup Kadri Canel in the 82nd minute of play. 85 minutes into the match, Arif Buğra Yalkın had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Conrado Atarratze. La Coruña FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arif Buğra Yalkın was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. The referee showed Bernardo Bakar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. For all the effort they put into the match, the La Coruña FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for BAŞBUĞ.
