After 2 minutes, Cornelio Millrick mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MARIANO MORENO DE JUNÍN and the Hogwarts players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 2nd minute, Cornelio Millrick hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 4 minutes into the match, MARIANO MORENO DE JUNÍN's goal looked a bit too open when Xaime Copeiro came free, but Fausto Rosio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ismael Rego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Conrado Ritchie in the 9th minute of play. After 13 played minutes, MARIANO MORENO DE JUNÍN's Isidro Moise shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ismael Rego came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in MARIANO MORENO DE JUNÍN reached it. Conrado Ritchie kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. After 18 played minutes Hogwarts got a freekick which was hit by Dani Avellana. Ismael Rego stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Julian Abaurre's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Julian Abaurre in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ismael Rego prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ismael Rego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Abaurre, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. After a rather tough play, Hogwarts's Xose Arroniz got a free kick in the 24th minute. If Ricardo Aujea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to MARIANO MORENO DE JUNÍN getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Haroldo Etor hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Conrado Ritchie in the 35th minute of play forced Hogwarts's goalkeeper Ismael Rego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Conrado Ritchie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fausto Rosio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dani Avellana in the 38th minute of play. Ismael Rego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Abaurre, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. 43 minutes into the game, Julian Abaurre cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Ismael Rego was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After the first half MARIANO MORENO DE JUNÍN were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Xaime Copeiro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Hogwarts defense, Conrado Ritchie kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ismael Rego. The Hogwarts fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ismael Rego should have stopped the shot. In the 57th minute, Julian Abaurre left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MARIANO MORENO DE JUNÍN fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. 62 minutes into the game, MARIANO MORENO DE JUNÍN's Julian Abaurre nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ismael Rego made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. The audience thought a goal was coming when Julian Abaurre got free with Ismael Rego in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Conrado Ritchie hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Conrado Ritchie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ulises Bolaño in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fausto Rosio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of MARIANO MORENO DE JUNÍN booed when Hogwarts was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pablo-Enrique Vinyals didn't get a good kick on the ball. MARIANO MORENO DE JUNÍN's Isidro Moise shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 80th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Ismael Rego but with some difficulty. Conrado Ritchie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ismael Rego having to interfere. Hogwarts's Ismael Rego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Abaurre in the 87th minute of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched MARIANO MORENO DE JUNÍN eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
