Omar Salah could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Rune Engeland made a huge save. Torgeir Tjøsvoll hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. When CDU Católica's Salbatore Trincado in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After some careless play in the CDU Católica defense, Torgeir Tjøsvoll kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zavier Galleguillos. The CDU Católica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zavier Galleguillos should have stopped the shot. Rune Engeland took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Salbatore Trincado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of CDU Católica booed when mixednutz XI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mikkel Askim didn't get a good kick on the ball.

After 52 played minutes mixednutz XI got a freekick which was hit by Christian Nydal. CDU Católica's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Bruno Daneri in the 55th minute. CDU Católica's Bruno Daneri was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Rune Engeland in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 64 minutes into the match, mixednutz XI's goal looked a bit too open when Salbatore Trincado came free, but Rune Engeland reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dionisio Bravo during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 67th minute, Dionisio Bravo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, mixednutz XI's Sebastian Eckhoff got a free kick in the 85th minute. Øystein Berstad recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rune Engeland took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juan Pablo Morel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 96 minutes into the match, Juan Pablo Morel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rune Engeland. mixednutz XI's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Juan Pablo Morel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2.
