The referee ignored FRANK's protests and gave Audun Østenstad a yellow card for diving instead. In the 13th match minute, FRANK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Audun Østenstad to maneuver through the defense. FRANK's Sam Brorsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bobby Abreu in the 14th minute of play. Sam Brorsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kinsen Aguinagalde, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 19 minutes into the match, FRANK's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Porquera came free, but Sam Brorsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Bobby Abreu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sam Brorsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bobby Abreu in the 26th minute of play. FRANK's Sam Brorsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kinsen Aguinagalde in the 28th minute of play. Sam Brorsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bobby Abreu, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. After the first half Real Marabino were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Bobby Abreu made the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes into the match, FRANK's goalkeeper Sam Brorsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Martin Porquera. In the 57th minute Kinsen Aguinagalde shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sam Brorsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sam Brorsson came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Real Marabino's Kinsen Aguinagalde. But to his dismay, Kinsen Aguinagalde quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Kinsen Aguinagalde could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Sam Brorsson made a huge save. 66 minutes into the match, Bobby Abreu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sam Brorsson. FRANK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bobby Abreu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. With a little luck, FRANK's Sam Brorsson got control of the ball when Bautista Govantes tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bobby Abreu took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sam Brorsson. Sam Brorsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7. FRANK's Sam Brorsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Blas Arrazola in the 85th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Bautista Govantes kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Sam Brorsson. That made the score 0-8 in the 89 minute of play. 92 minutes into the game, Sander Roen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FRANK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Real Marabino the free kick. A collision led to FRANK getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Sander Roen hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Real Marabino's Babe Ruth got a free kick in the 96th minute.
