The coaching staff of Laboon SK protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Ahmet Göktuğ Uğurtay had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Júnior Cardozo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 55 minutes, Afonsinho de Godoi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC BARCELONA and the Laboon SK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, FC BARCELONA's Afonsinho de Godoi got a free kick in the 55th minute. FC BARCELONA's Júnior Cardozo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aydın Suerdem in the 92nd minute of play. Bedirhan Gürçınar scored 3-3 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Júnior Cardozo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
